These Terms govern the sale and use of the WcodeAi WordPress plugin, its add-ons and the optional managed-AI service, provided by All Soft x Srl s.u.. By purchasing or using them you accept these Terms.
A licence to use the WcodeAi plugin (and any add-ons/bundle you purchase). One-time plans grant a lifetime licence on the software you download, with 1 year of updates; subscriptions unlock managed AI with a monthly quota for the paid period.
Prices are shown in euro (€) and charged via Stripe; any USD/GBP figures on the site are indicative conversions. Taxes apply as required by law.
If you use managed AI, generations are metered and drawn from your prepaid credit (WAIK key). Credit is consumed as used; unused credit is not automatically refunded except where required by law.
You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to bypass licensing/anti-abuse measures, or to resell access. You are responsible for the content you generate and publish.
The software and brand remain ours; you receive a licence to use them, not ownership. Content you generate for your own sites is yours.
The service is provided "as is"; we do our best to keep it available and correct but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the digital-content exception — see the Withdrawal page.
Italian law applies; for consumers, the mandatory rules and courts of your place of residence in the EU also apply. Questions: [email protected].
We may update these Terms; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your order.
