Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the order, without giving a reason.

Important — digital content. The plugin and add-ons are digital content supplied immediately. By downloading the plugin you give your express consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download has begun (EU Dir. 2011/83, Art. 16(m); Italian Consumer Code, Art. 59).

When withdrawal is still possible

Within 14 days of your order, and
you have not downloaded the plugin (or any add-on) from your customer area.

We keep a download counter for every order for exactly this purpose: as soon as a download is recorded, the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies to that item.

How to withdraw

Send an email to [email protected] from the address used for the order, stating that you wish to withdraw, before downloading and within 14 days. We will confirm and refund.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

Prepaid AI credit

Unused AI credit can be refunded on request; credit already consumed for generations is not refundable.
