Payments: handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Licenses & usage: license keys, activated site URLs, download logs and — for managed AI — request metadata (model, token counts).
Technical: a pseudonymised (hashed) IP and user agent for security, consent logging and abuse prevention.

Provide the service, deliver licenses and process orders — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Invoicing and tax/accounting obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Processors & recipients
We rely on providers acting as data processors/recipients: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (managed AI, only when you use it), YouTube/Google (embedded tutorial videos, privacy-enhanced mode) and our hosting provider. Some may process data outside the EU under adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
Order and invoicing data are kept as required by tax law (typically 10 years); license and technical logs for as long as needed to provide and secure the service, then deleted or anonymised.
